Busy Bee!

Okay, so I havent done very good at keeping up my blog, but things seem to be very busy around here lately! I was soaking in a bubble bath (which I havent done in weeks it seems) and I came to realization that, I have been so worried about "doing this and that", "having company", "planning showers/parties", and "crafting", that I have completely forgot about my alone time with God! Honestly, it feels like im SO busy that I couldnt possibly have time for that, but in reality I need that more than anything! If I place him first in my life everything else will just fall into place! Just like that! Hard to believe.. but believe me I've been through this so many times... It works! So here we go! Its the weekend and I have NOTHING to do! Im going to start off my weekend by praying and meditating on your word... and then Im going to spend some much needed time with my hubby... and lastly, im going to worry about whatever else needs to be done before next week!

Gossip....

Heres whats on my heavy heart today:

I hate Gossip.. I find myself doing it every single day! I have to remind myself, this is not what God wants.. This is the devil!  There is a very dear friend in my life that I look up to, I would love to be more like her and think before I speak! Most of the time the people I'm gossiping about or judging are people I dont even know. Whether it be someone I do or dont know, what good is it doing me? It makes me feel better about myself right? Wrong! I go to bed feeling horrible and guilty about the things I have said! It does way more bad than it does good.. I am praying that right now in my life, I can be more how God wants me to be, and say only good things! Will you pray for me and with me?!

We are now awaiting the birth of sweet Eliam and baby girl Simmons! We cant wait for them both to be born over the next couple of weeks! I had an "Around The Clock" shower for Jessie and Eliam! Here are some pictures from it!!

Hello! I havent wrote in awhile! It seems we have been busy almost every day lately! I have been struggling with some homesickness also! Theres just something about spring and summer that makes me want to be with my family and friends back home!  Here are some of the things that help me every day!

First of all I could never do it without Jesus! Its amazing what prayer can do. Here is a Kim Walker song that has blessed me!

I was talking to my mom and other day and It just hit me that, we will never have to be sad again we can be together FOREVER after we're done visiting this place! :) :) :) AWESOME! I cant imagine it... I cant imagine never having an end... never dying... never sad... never lonely... Always with my Lord Jesus Christ!

btw.. I LOVE my family and friends out here in Ohio! :)
